Bring your friends, family, and competitive spirit for a day full of excitement, laughter, and community camaraderie. Whether you're a seasoned cornhole pro or a beginner, this event is perfect for everyone!
📅 Date: Saturday, August 10, 2024
🕒 Time: 5:30-7:30/8:00 with registration & practice starting at 5:00
📍 Location: 471 Athletics

Event Highlights:

• Registration Fee: $40 per 2-person team
• Cash Prizes: 1st and 2nd place winners will take home cash prizes!
• Guaranteed Play: Double elimination tournament - Each team is guaranteed at least 3 games

• Food trucks and a cash bar by KeenBean will be available onsite
• Bounce House for kiddos and fun for the whole family!

Seating under shade will be available but limited. Bring a chair and plenty of sunscreen for a comfortable day outdoors.

Holiday Central is a community-based partnership that provides Christmas assistance for those in need in the Mount Vernon school district. Applications will be accepted each year in October.

Areawide Sales hosted twice per year in Spring and Fall. People come from neighboring towns to get a good deal, so be sure to start out early on your hunt! Please see our calendar for the dates in April and September!

Red, White & Boom is Mt. Vernon's annual July 4th celebration. Held in the Spirit of '76 Park on the Friday before July 4th, you can find friends and neighbors gathering for games, music, food and a fireworks show. And it's free!
